Assignments for Feb 8

Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010

Next Monday, Boone will come to class and give an introduction to blogging. Please make sure you will attend class since this will be a one-time opportunity!

In preparation for Boone’s intro, each students needs to sign up for an account on Here is how:

  • Click here. You’ll need to use your email address to sign up. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll get an email to your qc email account asking you to activate your account (check your spam folder if you don’t see the email). Click the link to activate. You may change your password to something more memorable, and your Display Name to something more recognizable on the Dashboard if you feel comfortable with the software — otherwise no worries, we will do this on Monday with Boone.
  • Also, please make sure to complete your first blog assignment (as specified on the syllabus), and to have your picture and the text of your self-introduction available to be posted on your blogs (save them on your email, or bring them on a flashdrive).

There is no reading due for our Monday class.
